Refund & Returns Policy

 

We have a 45 day refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with the CBDResource products or you have changed your mind – we will refund order as its within 45 days of placing your order.

 

We sell various products and we take the quality of our products very seriously, as well as Your Satisfaction and we will do what we can to make you a happy and satisfied customer!

 

Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned. We try to be generous with this refund policy, however, there are some exceptions:

 

Orders containing a 10g tube of our pure oils or 4+ of the same product are not eligible for a refund as we consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with that product. 

 

On orders that are eligible for a refund, the customer may be required to return the product and must pay for the return shipping. Once we receive the unused product, we will submit a refund payment to your Credit Card that was used to make the purchase.
